Porcelain Rattle Bottle by Ellen Wherrete. This blue and white small bottle is made by porcelain slip casting and reverse glazing techniques. The original was hand formed and carved in porcelain clay. The casting was covered in blue glaze and then wiped so the glaze is retained only in the recessed areas. This piece is 3 3/4" tall.
